>> SDG Club Nights
A new concept for SDG which we really hope will prove popular with our members -
a “Club Night” for members only.
With the kind permission of Cousland Park Livery and Training Centre, we have been able to book the outdoor arena for 1 hour, from 7.00pm to 8.00pm, the last Thursday of April, May and June.
Should the nights prove popular, we hope to extend them to a two hour booking between 7.00pm and 9.00pm and continue through the summer and autumn.
Richard Johnston Smith, B.Technol Hons, BHS11, winner of the Scottish and National Young Instructors Award and Richard Begbie, British Dressage List 6 Judge, will be attending on these dates. Initially together on the April date and subsequently alternate dates, to assist riders with problem areas. The main reason for a club night is to have some fun riding as a group and, with the assistance of a trainer/judge, help improve the way of going for both horse and rider.
Each hour will take a maximum of no more that 6 riders. The cost per member is £15 per hour. We hope that from attendees and Winter Points entrants, we can encourage members to be on a SDG Dressage Team for the BRC Winter Qualifiers to be held at Sandyflats, Glasgow on 14th Nov 2010. We are very keen to send a team this year. The Tests are usually Preliminary and Novice level.

Payment on night. (Cheques made payable to Scottish Dressage Group) If you book and are unable to attend, please advise Richard asap to allow another rider to take your place.
Any rider booking a place, who does not attend without prior cancellation, will be expected to pay for the hour booked.
