Training Officer Posts

We are looking for three volunteers to become training officers in AREA 1.  It would be great if we could recruit different people for the East, West and The Borders.
The job involves setting up training in all disciplines and all levels of rider and horse.  Most clubs open their training up to other RC members , so it is anticipated that the Training Officers would mainly be involved in cross country training.
Trainers have to be  accredited coaches and be fully insured.  Venues used would also have to have a current health and safety policy.
Training officers would be responsible for making application forms, taking bookings and organising the groups.    You would be required to liaise with the Area chairperson and/or secretary and help and support would be given.
If you think there is anyone in your club that would like to take on these satisfying roles, please contact either Jennifer or Sandra  ASAP.
